All Students Are Required To Take And Pass This Course As Part Of The Requirements For High School Graduation.

Government is a one-semester course designed to prepare students to be active participants in the democratic process. Course content examines the rights and responsibilities of citizenship, the United States Constitution, the political process, state and local government. The government of the United States is compared to other forms of government. Students will be required to pass tests on the U.S. and Illinois Constitutions.
